How to apply
- Medical Benefits highlights (caps current as of the Feb 10, 2026 guide): Equipment: alternate positioning devices max $3,200; hospital bed $3,000; basic pressure-relief mattress $250; floor/ceiling lift $4,200 installed incl. two slings; manual backup wheelchair $1,500; scooter $3,700 (5-year minimum replacement); special-needs stroller ($75 parent deductible under age 3; 3-year replacement); specialized car seat $50 deductible (under age 9 and under 145 cm)
- Health supplies: orthopaedic shoes up to $200/year; hearing equipment to $1,500 per ear (4-year replacement); cochlear implant supplies $750/year; incontinence supplies (age 3+) with quarterly direct-funding option sized by age/weight.
