    We shape a clear summary your doctor or nurse practitioner can use. Then we handle paperwork with you and stay close until a decision arrives.

Trauma-informed care means we respect what you have been through. We do not push past what you can do today. Breaks are okay. You still move forward.

You tell us about daily life, health history, and the supports you use. We put it into clear words and organize the paperwork with you. You do not face forms alone.
