How to apply

- STAC paratransit users are automatically eligible
- How: apply to the Ville de Québec for proof of eligibility (provincial NOA line 275 / federal line 23600), then get the free ÉquiMobilité photo OPUS card at an RTC counter — valid 24 months, used only for ÉquiMobilité passes/single tickets, also loadable in the RTC Nomade app
- Cash fares don't get the discount
- Riders 65+ get standard reduced RTC fares with a photo OPUS card; young children ride free.
