- Fair Entry is The City's single application process that qualifies lower-income Calgarians for several subsidized services at once; eligibility rests on Calgary residency, income (proof required for all programs except Home Services for Seniors) and, for some programs, age
- Approval letters are valid for one year from issue (reapply within 30 days before expiry), one request per household is recommended, and the low-income table and application are updated every February.
