Eligibility
- Transitional Assistance Program (TAP) — for employable people and those needing support to become employable: singles able to work, people with a temporary medical problem, and most families
- It also covers single clients with a designation ("determined social needs," "long-term health needs") who don't qualify for Extended Benefits.
How to apply
- Medical Advisory Board certification decisions cannot be appealed, though a person may re-apply later; many people with disabilities who are not certified for EBP receive TAP instead.
