Eligibility
- Property Tax Allowance — a rebate of up to $300 for low-income property owners, based on household combined taxable income: less than $22,000 → up to $300; $22,001–$25,000 → up to $200; $25,001–$30,000 → up to $100
- You must own the primary residence and be receiving the Residential Property Tax Credit; no refund if taxes are below the allowance
- Apply online, by mail, or at any Service New Brunswick office; you can claim the current year and up to 3 past years.
