How to apply
- Eligibility: City of Ottawa residents whose household income falls below the federal Low-Income Cut-Off (LICO)
- In 2026 the 2024 LICO chart applies — annual net income by family size: 1 person $25,909 · 2 $31,533 · 3 $39,265 · 4 $48,986 · 5 $55,781 · 6 $61,862 · 7+ $67,944
- Not eligible: primary ODSP recipients (they qualify for the cheaper Community Pass instead), people receiving transportation benefits from Ontario Works/social services, or from the Government-Assisted Refugee program.
